Chinese companies have already finalized the design for concrete asphalt in Harar due to our budget constraints in this year 15 km new concrete asphalt will be developed , and will continue for the next year , inshallah after some 15 days the ceremony for lunching the projects will be undertaken. Already the council have approved the majority capital budget to be invested on this asphalt project. I have also attached some projects underway to reform the municipality ,
please those of you who have the power gez Amharic refer the summary report , and even need your feed back. as you know the focus of development was in the rural area but recently in this two years the gear is changed to urban development
